Gen-Sil silica brick grades meet the A.S.T.M. type "A" specificaion and are designed for primary glass manufacturers.  

GREFCO silica brick grades are designed for coke ovens and other industrial applications.

Quality begins with the one of the purest sources of refractory grade silica in the United States from company owned mines.  Manufacturing at 4,500 feet above sea level and utilizing ten periodic kilns produces volume stable, crack free brick with residual quartz of less than one percent.
